This certificate represents a basic level of competence in the control of all remote drones. It certifies that the holder has a baseline skillset which will improve the performance of any drone unit. The holder is aware that drones need to be manually launched, ordered and recovered. This is a good selection of baseline skills if you're expecting to use various classes of drones occasionally.
