This certificate represents a standard level of competence in the control of all remote drones. It certifies that the holder has a solid skillset which will improve the performance of any drone unit. The holder is aware that launching drones can often draw attention from hostile vessels in missions. This is a useful skillset for any combat-oriented character, as many ships from all four races augment their capabilities through the use of drones.
