Minmatar Industry - Engineer, Basic

This certificate is available to all graduates of the Pator Tech School who specialized as Engineers, as a recognition of their competence in core Minmatar engineering skills. The Pator Tech School recommends that graduates holding this certificate aim to qualify for the Standard-level certification soon after graduation.
