Perpetual Motion Unit II

The mere existence of this unit is a major vexation to physicists everywhere. That said, it doesn't do much at all for the pilot: It operates as a closed system, and any attempt at a breach or internal inspection will ruin the mechanism. It has no effect on any part of a ship's operation.
